Our last Story Time of the year. Join us as we read the classic Christmas tale, ‘Twas the Night Before Christmas’ and paint a Santa.
A little bit goes a long way. Join us as we read about what happens to Mr. Willowby’s Christmas Tree and then paint our own tree after the story.
We’ll have all the materials and assistance you need to make a Fused Glass Nativity scene.
Winter is upon us, now’s a good time to read up on How To Catch a Snowman. After the story we’ll paint a snowman.
A great project for the whole family. Each gingerbread house is handmade from medium density fiberboard and most of the mosaic tiles and ceramic candies are done in house by Your Creation Station staff. With this year’s addition of mosaics at Your Creation Station, we’ll also have a selection of manufactured glass and ceramic mosaic tiles to choose from. You’ll simply choose the tiles you want to affix to your gingerbread house and glue them on with “frosting” (a white colored adhesive) we provide. Plan on spending some time, at least an hour, putting the mosaic tiles on your pre-assembled gingerbread house. The finished piece will be ready to go home with you that day.
Its not the holidays yet but they are getting close quick. With Christmas around the corner it means its time for Your Creation Station‘s Christmas Ornament Workshop! Roll out a pound of clay and make ornaments from it using cookie cutters we have here in the studio or you can bring your own. After you finish making your ornaments, we’ll fire them and you can come back at your convivence to paint them. Once painted, we’ll fire them again and then they’re ready to hang on your tree or give away as gifts.
We’re reading a Dr. Suess classic, Horton Hears a Who. Join us for a story after which we’ll paint a ceramic elephant.
