Lee Michael’s Sculpture Cakes is the child company of SEE THE WORLD Travel Company.  Lee Michael’s Sculpture Cake Pairing was created by the husband and wife team of Catherine Lee and Jewett Michael Short (the name of the company is their middle names) during the coronavirus pandemic to help keep their travel business viable.  The company’s focus is sculpture cakes paired with your favorite at-home wines.  They also offer local and international wine tours through SEE THE WORLD Travel Company.
