Refund Policy
Pottery/Bisque, Supplies and Merchandise
All sales are final. No returns, refunds or exchanges. All deposits are non-refundable.
Items Broken in Shipment
We make every effort we can to pack your pottery or bisque in a manner such that it will survive the shipping process intact and all breakable items ship are insured by the carrier. Plus, we have a pretty good success rate getting the items to you in one piece. However, there are times when your stoneware pottery or bisque may arrive broken. If that happens, please take a picture of the box your item came in, the broken item (sometimes the shipping carrier requests them) and let us know within 72 hours of receiving your items and we will issue you a store credit for a new piece within 5 to 10 business days. Shipping charges for broken pieces will not be credited or refunded.
Ceramic Pictures and other Custom Work
We do not extend refunds or credits for any tie-dye shirts, Ceramic Pictures or other custom work. These items may not be exchanged and will not be redone. Any deposits made for Ceramic Pictures or any other custom work are non-refundable.
Party Deposits and Class/Workshop Registration
We do not give refunds for Party Deposits or Class/Workshop Registrations, including Canvas Workshops, no exceptions. Please be sure you want to have your party at our studio and you are sure you want to take class or workshop before paying for it.
Make Ups, Missed Days and Postponed Parties
While we are flexible with changing dates or coming in to make up a missed project we do not offer refunds or credits for missed dates. If you register for a class or workshop that involves you physically making the piece yourself, please do not miss the “make it” day as you will not be able to make it up. If you need to reschedule a birthday party, no problem but we do not give refunds for Party Deposits. If you find you need to cancel a party, we do not give refunds Party Deposits but we will provide a store credit in the amount of your deposit.
